Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Pack Your Polish
Securely package the items in their original boxes, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Drop your package off at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
